- Stores deemed necessary for transportation, including gas stations and auto shops
- Restaurants for takeout and delivery

However, on May 15th, the Governor’s office also allowed other retail stores in the area to reopen, as long as they follow strict social distancing guidelines and other measures designed to curb the spread of SARS-CoV-2, the coronavirus that causes COVID-19.
